Never reveal when your girlfriend sees something is wrong with her significant other, as Kent did with Daphne, because it preserves the surprise of the proposal.

Kent and Daphne are both growing a company market in Kuala Lumpur, and when we asked Kent where he wanted to propose, he selected without much thinking to do it in Penang (Daphne's hometown), because it would be a lifelong regret if they didn't have her beloved family to witness the proposal.

 

We usually believe that a proposal does not have to be extravagant, but it must be detailed. This was acknowledged in Daphne's interview. The use of her favourite roses and music, as well as the film's production, all demonstrated Kent's concern for Daphne, and she appreciated it.
